Strategic Communications Group Launches “Guilty” Online Advertising Campaign to Introduce Free Content Syndication for B2B Marketers

McLean, VA, October 28, 2021 – Strategic Communications Group, Inc. (Strategic) today announced it has launched a national online advertising and digital promotional campaign to support the introduction of Content +Insights, a free service for marketers to syndicate thought leadership content with buyers in business market segments.

The campaign will appear on Web sites and in e-newsletters published by BtoB Marketing Zone, MarketingProfs, and Modern Marketing Today, as well as through programmatic advertising placed in partnership with the American Marketing Association.

Themed “Guilty as Charged,” the creative approach chides marketers for exploiting their company’s thought leaders in the content creation process.  Rather than falling prey to the trap of constantly authoring and publishing new content, the campaign suggests a more targeted approach to syndication to extend the life of a company’s existing content portfolio.

“Much of creative advertising these days is fairly safe and vanilla,” explained Marc Hausman, Strategic’s president and CEO.  “In this campaign, we take the issue of thought leader exploitation head on.  The goal is to assure marketers there are ways they can enhance the value of the content they’ve already produced.”
