President and CEO

Michael I. Sanders
Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy, LLP.
Michael has served on the Strategic Board of Directors since June 2000. He is a partner in the Washington, DC law offices of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy, LLP. An expert on tax law, he is an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law Center and at Georgetown University Law School. He regularly serves as an expert witness in complex litigation and is the author of Joint Ventures Involving Tax-Exempt Organizations, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
Andrew D. Roscoe
ForceNine Consulting
Andrew has been a member of Strategic’s Board of Directors since January 2002. He is a Partner with ForceNine Consulting, a wireless broadband consulting firm. Formerly, he was Chairman and CEO of o2wireless Solutions, Inc., now Baran Telecom (TLV:BRAN.TA), a leading provider of outsourced network services to the global wireless telecommunications industry. He was also a founder and CEO of The Strategis Group, a leading telecommunications consultancy.
